1. Returns:

1.1. Terms:

Under the terms of DL nº 143/2001, of April 26, namely of its art. 6, the consumer has the right to freely return the article within a maximum period of 14 days. For this, the article must be in the original packaging and exactly in the conditions in which it was sold. In any return, the customer is responsible for sending the products to FARDYLOR, and FARDYLOR returns the products free of charge (applies only to PORTUGAL). The return of the value is only related to the item (s) excluding the shipping cost. It should be noted that there may be a discrepancy between 1 and 2 cm in articles of the same size, depending on the characteristics of the fabric in question.

1.2. Comments:

• Only returns made within 15 days after receipt of the order are accepted.

– Return shipping to FARDYLOR is always the responsibility of the customer.

2. Exchanges:

2.1. Step-by-step to proceed with the exchange:

1. Send an email indicating your order number online to: fardylorlda@gmail.com – include the reference (s) of the article (s) you want to return to us, indicating the new one (s) reference (s) and size (s) you want in return.

2. You must send the article (s) with a label, inside the packaging the same email or copy of the invoice, with name and shipping address.

3. Pack the item (s) you want to exchange, in a properly closed package (you can use the original packaging) by sending it together with the copy of the invoice through regular mail.

2.2. Support Service:

Upon receipt of your order at our facilities, we will process it within a maximum period of 10 working days. In case of any doubt, you can always contact our customer support through the contacts: +351 252 874238 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm.

2.4. Comments:

• In all items made to order that requires customization, no exchanges are made.

• Exchanges with postage are not accepted.

• Only if it is a first exchange, FARDYLOR returns it to the customer free of charge.

3) Shipping:

3.1. Shipping costs:

Ground Shipping FEMA 24 – Guaranteed delivery between 24h and 96h in mainland Portugal (from the moment they leave the store).

4) Products picture:

The images on the website correspond exactly to the actual product, keeping its special characteristics.

5) VAT:

The prices published on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
